Deanna Holmes is the Recreation Director at the Flagstone Family Center located in Brooklyn, NY. However, Miss Holmes’ journey did not begin there. In fact, before starting to work in the Shelter system in early 2017, she was a client. Based on her experiences she developed a love for serving others and later became a House Manager. She continued her work in the shelter system and joined the Flagstone Family Center team in July 2018 as a Residential Aide. She was promoted to her current position as Recreation Director in January 2020. Miss Deanna Holmes says “I love the work I do. I am overjoyed whenever I see the clients I serve are happy, pleased and as well taken care of given their circumstances”.
